Setting up your Nemboxwallet is simple:

• 1. Unbox your device and connect it to your computer
• 2. Follow the on-device setup wizard
• 3. Generate your recovery seed phrase
• 4. Securely store your recovery phrase offline
• 5. Set up your PIN code
• 6. Your device is ready to securely store private keys

If you lose your Nemboxwallet device, your private keys remain safe. You can recover access using your recovery seed phrase on a new Nemboxwallet device. The lost device is protected by your PIN, and after multiple incorrect attempts, it will automatically wipe itself. Always keep your recovery phrase in a secure, offline location.

Nemboxwallet comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering hardware defects. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, physical damage, or loss of the device. For warranty claims, please contact our support team with your purchase information.

Yes, you can use your Nemboxwallet with any compatible computer. The device stores your private keys securely, and you can connect it to different computers as needed. Each time you connect, you'll need to enter your PIN to access the device. Your private keys never leave the hardware wallet.
